1️⃣ Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
To request cancellation, contact us via phone or email with your Order ID.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.

2️⃣ Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔️ Product is unused and in original condition
✔️ Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact
✔️ Return request is raised within 2 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:
Used golf clubs or equipment
Custom-fitted or special-order products
Clearance or discounted sale items
Gift cards

3️⃣ Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos and unboxing video (if available)
We will arrange replacement or refund after verification

4️⃣ Refund Process
After product inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5️⃣ Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customers may need to pay price difference (if any).
